Merlin is a georgeous Friesan cross gelding that aims to please. We purchased him in Ohio about 7 years ago as an amish buggy horse.He quickly proved to us that he was a very trustworthy trail horse and he was fox hunteded for a season because he loves to jump and to trail ride. He will easily climb hills, mountains, cross creeks, bridges. He is extremely brave and bomb proof. He was my husband's trail horse for many years, however, my husband isn't riding anymore. Merlin has been a commercial carriage horse for the last 6 Years working in downtown Hendersonville NC at events, tree lighting, weddings, etc. He has lots of endurance and aims to please. Not for a beginner driver as he has a big motor and needs a bit of a work out before an event, but always super reliable and extremely traffic safe. Prefers to be driven with out blinders as he is very aware of his surroundings. Loves people. Great for bathing, clipping, farrier, no stocks needed. A good home for him is a must, he is an amazing boy!! | |||
