Royce is easy to load, haul, and is unbothered in new settings. Myself, my daughter & her friends have taken him along to State & National Parks on day rides, he is unbothered by wildlife, hikers, and other passing riders. Always a fun time!
On the farm, Royce has worked along stock dogs to move cattle. He’s ridden along side tractors, combines, atv’s, and other machinery without issue. He is traffic safe, gun safe, unbothered by waving tarps, and proudly carries the flag. Safe & seasoned around kids, dogs, cattle & other livestock.
At home, Royce is exceptional. A gentleman on the ground, respectful on the lead, stands tied, cross tied, and is a very personable horse. If Royce is in the pasture, he’ll follow right behind me to the barn. My toddler is typically along for chores and Royce is always careful. He lowers his head for my son give him a pat and is extremely tolerant of a wild little boy in the barn. Royce has zero stall vices, always neat & tidy. Also perfectly content outside alone or in a mixed herd.
