Barney lived most of his life in a field of goats, working every summer on an Amish farm.  He now has two months under saddle and has been desensitized to tarps, feedbags, whip cracking, and barn animals.  He stands still for mounting.  He is solid at the walk and trot and has been trail riding, including crossing water.  He is a fancy mover and was probably bred for show.  His feet were neglected but he is bring trimmed frequently without stocks and he is learning to have his feet handled.  His teeth were recently floated.  Barney is green but very willing to learn and he soaks up attention like a big, tan sponge.  He likes being around  people and horses.  Are you looking for a big trail partner?  Maybe even Mounted Patrol?  Come try Barney - he is a very cool horse!  More pics available upon request.  Asking $5,500 obo.  Good, qualified home is a must for this big gem.  Best to call or text.  4 one 9-5 six 4-zero 61 zero.
